2025 Men’s Foursomes Championship
A field of 130 men (60 pairs) took part last Saturday, 11th October in the 36-hole 2025 Men’s Foursomes Championship. Players were greeted with a classic spring morning to start the day and, playing in groups of six, made their way around the course in around four hours before enjoying the popular halfway stop.
In the morning round, defending champions Harry and Hamish Robb led the way with an impressive even-par 70, closely followed by Harrison Graham and Corey Rae with a 71, along with several other pairs posting solid scores in the mid-70s.
In the net division, Simon Gee and Gab Bacui set the early pace with a fine opening round.
As groups headed out for the afternoon round, the flukey Cromer breeze began to test players’ control and concentration. A tense battle developed between the Robb brothers and Graham & Rae, with Harry and Hamish holding their nerve to card a second-round 73 for a total of 143, securing victory by a single shot.
In the net competition, Toby Clear and Douglas Bradley produced a superb second round to finish with a total of 133.
Congratulations Harry and Hamish – 2025 Foursomes Champions & Toby and Douglas 2025 Foursomes Net Trophy winners.
With such a large field to manage, the Golf Team extends its thanks to all competitors for maintaining an excellent pace of play across both rounds, and to the Café Team for their speedy delivery of the halfway lunch.
